Carol Foderick has been an active member of Toronto’s real estate community since 2003 and proudly describes herself as a person who “lives, breathes and loves real estate”.
Carol began her career at Royal LePage and served over 15 years with the company in various capacities, which included a leadership role on one of Canada’s top 15 sales teams.
Responding to the tremendous growth in her business, Carol transitioned to Keller Williams – the largest real estate company in the world - and is proud to be ranked among the top 1% of Realtors across the GTA. With an educational background in urban planning from the University of Toronto, Carol has a personal devotion to the real estate that extends to almost evert facet of the industry. She has a passion for multi-residential investment properties and has built a substantial rental portfolio of her own that extends across Toronto, and has worked with numerous investors at all levels to start or expand theirs. Carol also owns and manages several recreational investment properties and is able to offer unique insight into this market. Together with her husband Regan, who owns a residential renovation company, Carol had had tremendous success in buying, designing, renovating and reselling older homes as well as with a number of new construction projects. Carol is always eager to share her huge depth of knowledge with her clients and assist them with finding their pathway to success and wealth in real estate.
