started my real estate career in 2006 at the ripe old age of 22, and I was lucky enough to earn an opportunity to be a part of the Wright Sisters Team at Re/Max Hallmark. I could not have asked for a better introduction to the industry, as I was surrounded by strong female mentors and engulfed in an incredible culture of sharing and teamwork. In 2008 we reached a cumulative team goal of 350 transactions which was unheard of at that time! 

After the arrival of my daughter in 2011, I decided to take my career solo and moved my business to Keller Williams Advantage in the spring of 2012. I was attracted to KW due to the culture and educational platforms they offered, and it was there I was taught to run a proper business as opposed to living commission cheque to commission cheque. 

In 2017 I was offered the opportunity to become the Team Leader of the brokerage, touted as the most difficult of the leadership roles within KW. After much thought, I took the life changing leap and accepted the position. As TL, I was challenged with coaching the top 20% of the brokerage, running the agent leadership council as well as the recruiting and retention of agents in the market centre. The role was simultaneously more difficult and more rewarding than I had ever expected.  

In 2020, I was offered the opportunity to go and work with Lorraine Jordan and Team Jordan, which at the time was the number one Group in KW Canada for both units and volume. Team Jordan operates out of Midland, Ontario on Georgian Bay and services all of Simcoe County up north into south Muskoka. 

Team Jordan is a large operation with a very traditional business model, and it was very interesting to learn an entirely different way of doing such a high level of business. On the team my responsibilities included coaching and accountability with the sales team, development of new onboarding and training systems as well as recruiting new talent to the team. After two years of the hour and forty-five-minute commute two or three times a week, it was time for me to turn my sights back to Toronto. 

I am very excited to come on board as a part of the Carol Foderick Real Estate Group, with so many familiar faces from my days as TL at KWA and many new faces I am excited to get to know. I bring with me a diverse background of experience and look forward to helping everyone grow to their potential and beyond!
