Growing up in the Cliffside neighbourhood of Toronto, Matthew is a loyal and passionate Scarborough & GTA resident. With a Bachelors in History from McMaster University and a diploma in Museum Management from Fleming College, his early career was in various Museums and Galleries across Canada. With a passion for the history of the local community, Matthew merged this mindset with his lifelong interest in real estate. Digging deeper into the history of the real estate industry and how it has evolved within Toronto has long been a point of fascination for Matthew and led him to join the industry.  

Beginning as an assistant and staging team member, Matthew has been with the Carol Foderick Real Estate Group since 2021 while completing his real estate license from Humber College. Since joining the Carol Foderick Team, Matthew has been able to work alongside some of the best agents in the GTA, learning from them and learning how to always ensure his clients needs will be exceeded.
