Regan brings his 20+ years' experience as a General Contractor and Home Renovator to his role of Operations Coordinator.  Under the umbrella of the staging team, Regan oversees our staging warehouse and staging operations.  He manages inventory and organization of the warehouse and its contents as well as our staging truck.  In coordination with our Stager, staging team, Director of Listings and Director if Closings, the Operations Coordinator is involved in the staging preparations, staging day, and de-staging.  He also assists with listing services such as light handyman work, packing, and storing.
