Blaire Smith has been passionate in real estate since her early years growing up in South Western Ontario (in a small town between London and Windsor).

After graduating with a focus in Business and Marketing, she moved to Toronto to pursue her passion for Real Estate and helping others. After obtaining her Real Estate Licence in 2016 she joins the Carol Foderick Real Estate group with years of experience working with commercial clients helping them to achieve their business goals through retail, office and industrial leasing as well as investment purchases and sales.
