As the founder and leader of the Carol Foderick Real Estate Group, she has built one of Canada’s top-performing real estate teams, comprising 33 professionals, including 20 Realtors, seven Administrative Support staff, and six Staging & Design experts. Recognized among Canada’s Top 100 Real Estate Teams and North America’s Top 500 Realtors, Carol and her team provide expert guidance in buying, selling, leasing, and investing. In 2024 alone, they assisted over 400 clients in achieving their real estate goals.

With a background in urban planning from the University of Toronto, Carol brings a deep understanding of market dynamics, development, and investment strategies. She has built a substantial multi-residential investment portfolio across Toronto and has worked with investors at all levels to establish and expand their own portfolios. She also owns and manages several recreational investment properties, providing clients with specialized insight into this unique segment of the market.

In addition to her expertise in sales and investment, Carol, alongside her husband Regan, owns a residential renovation company. She has successfully led the purchase, design, and transformation of older homes, as well as new construction projects. This hands-on experience in renovations and property development allows her to offer clients a distinct advantage when assessing the potential and long-term value of a property.
