She has personally built a substantial multi-residential investment portfolio throughout the Greater Toronto Area and has helped investors at every stage of their journey acquire, grow, and optimize their real estate holdings. She also owns and manages several recreational investment properties, providing clients with valuable insight into vacation and recreational real estate.
In addition to her expertise in real estate sales and investing, Carol and her husband, Regan, own a residential renovation company specializing in the transformation of older homes and new construction projects. Having personally overseen numerous renovations and redevelopment projects, Carol offers clients practical expertise in evaluating renovation potential, construction costs, design opportunities, and long-term value—knowledge that provides a significant advantage whether purchasing a home, preparing a property for sale, or making an investment decision.
